Feb 28, 2019 Surpace Pro on Windows 10 not working w/Citrix Receiver when selecting items. Hoping to find someone that can help!!! We work with many Physicians and a few of them now have the Surface pro's on Windows 10 (before upgrading, they had the Surface pro on windows 8 with no problems).
I understand the inconvenience that you are unable to install Citrix Receiver 4.3 on Surface Pro 3, we will help you to resolve this issue
This issue is due to the compatibility of the app in Windows 10.
Step 1: I suggest you to check with the compatibility of the app in Windows 10.
Windows Compatibility Centre and try to install the compatible versions of the app.
Step 2: Follow the steps given below to Install Citrix receiver.
- Type Windows app store in the Search box from the desktop and select it.
- Type Citrix receiver.
- Click on Citrix receiver from Windows store and click on Install.
I suggest you to install it in Compatibility mode on Windows 10.
Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Try this setting if you know the program is designed for (or worked in) a specific previous version of Windows. To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the program icon, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.
To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the program setup file (publisher pro 22), click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab. Click on Run this program in compatibility mode for and select the Operating System (As you prefer).

I see. Thank you for the response. We would like to ask additional question in order for us to isolate the issue.
1. Does the issue only occur on the Citrix App? How about using other applications?
Here are the few things we suggest you do:
(1) Uninstall and reinstall the Citrix Receiver 4.12 for Windows or also called as Citrix Workspace App.

(2) Restore from a system restore point - This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restore points are generated when you install a new app or driver, and when you create a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.

(3) Remove an installed Windows Update - If you've recently installed a Windows update, uninstall the update to try to resolve the issue.

- Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update >View your update history > Uninstall updates.
- Right-click the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall.
